Sunny City

It has been a while since I posted, but here is another abstract city. Made with a palet knife and acrylic paint on canvas. 50x70 cm.
I made this when my friend Stephie was here in August. We had lots of fun experimenting.

Red Passage

It's almost all done with a palet knive. I first put all the patches with different colours down and then devoeloped it into this abstract scene of a city and water.
Acrylic canvas is 80x100 cm, 32x40".

Pushing

I had a white canvas in front of me and didn't know what to put on it. So I just started with the smal dark part and worked my way around until it was a pleasing composition with movement to me.
40x50 cm, oil

Journey

I actually was painting a sky here, but when I turned it around I saw parts of a ship and a sail.
I developed the painting further as an abstract boat.

Acrylic on canvas, 50x70 cm.

Peace-Purple

I still continue with abstract paintings as well as watercolours.
The abstract painting is good for my mind.
It almost feels like a meditation if I worked on one for a few hours.
I'm still unsure about the title, but the colours in this one give me peace, while there is still movement in the painting.

I started some paintings, but couldn't finish them earlier.
This is one of Italy where I had a fantastic Holiday in Barga, Tuscany with my friends Cathy and Stephie.
Acrylic on canvas, 50x70 cm.

Sea Life

It has been a while since I posted, due to a hectic and emotional time.

This first abstract is a result of those emotions. Painted in one night.

The blue represents Peace, Tranquility, Calmness, Loyalty.
